My Holistic Facial is very much focused around massage, from the first cleanse right through to the final step.

It combines traditional techniques with a holistic approach,

to leave you with a glowing complexion and feeling relaxed and re-charged.

During your consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss any skin care concerns or changes and ask any questions. Your custom facial for your skin type and skincare concerns will balance, nourish and protect your face.

The 20 minute massage will include shoulders, neck, face and scalp. Including Hot Stone Therapy to help release shoulder and neck tension. Did you know the face has 43 muscles? We often hold tension in and around our jawline without realising it. Facial massage works to release tension in the face and is combined with stimulating acupressure points to help relieve any sinus pressure.

I have been using the skincare range I have chosen for my facials since my initial training. I am a firm believer, in order to truly understand the products, you should have first-hand knowledge of using them yourself. I love this range because it contains naturally derived ingredients, smells and feels amazing and are free from parabens and sulphates.
