Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled or re-arranged free-of-charge with 24 hours notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and no shows will be charged 50% of the treatment price, payable before booking any further appointments.
Payment
No deposit is required. I accept cash, bank transfer or PayPal.
Can I claim my treatment back through work?
Many workplaces now offer an annual well-being allowance, which can be used with a practitioner who is registered and trained with VTCT. Please refer to your workplace employee benefits to find out if a well-being allowance is offered.
Do you give the full treatment time?
Yes, you will receive the full treatment time. Your treatment time begins when I re-enter the treatment room.
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing. It's best to avoid light coloured clothing to avoid staining as you may have residual oil on your skin.
Will I be covered?
You will be covered with spa linen during your massage. Only the part of the body which is being massaged will be uncovered.
Do you offer any treatments where I don't need to undress?
Yes, you do not need to undress for any of the Indian Head Massage treatments. Please see Indian Head Massage for further details.
Medical Conditions
During the booking process I will ask if you are under GP/Specialist care or taking any prescribed medication. Please provide all relevant information, so that I can check for any contra-indications and assess any
required modifications.
What if I am late?
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not receive the full treatment time, but will be charged the full treatment amount. If this is the case, I will advise accordingly during your consultation.
Do you treat male clients?
Female clients only.
Do you offer a mobile service?
No, I work from my dedicated treatment room only
